Registration
Conference Registration Includes: All conference sessions, lunch Thursday, and Friday, coffee breaks, exhibition, access to online proceedings, printed program, Thursday banquet, and presentation of up to 3 papers if author of each paper.
Workshop Registration Includes: All workshop sessions, coffee breaks, access to online proceedings, printed program, and presentation of up to 3 papers if author of each paper.
One Day Registration Includes: All conference sessions for that day, coffee break, exhibition, access to online proceedings, printed program.
Student Registration Includes: All conference sessions, exhibition, access to online proceedings, printed program.
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 15 October 2019. There will be an administrative fee of 150€ deducted from each refund.
Registration Costs
Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. The Registration fees are as follows:
- Author Early Registration (until 10th October 2019): 450€
- Author Late Registration (after 10th October 2019): 550€
- One Day Registration: 250€
- Workshop Only Registration: 200€
- Student (non-author) Registration: 50€
